160Z corner crimping machine is designed and constructed for the hydraulically crimping and correct assembly of aluminium profiles . The machine is semiautomatic and the machining cycle of various units are manual controlled by user who always stays outside of the dangerous area.

•Clamps operate pneumatically. The crimping knives are hydraulic;
•Depth of adjustment can be precisely adjusted depending on profile thickness;
•Height of crimping knives, advancing of hyraulic cylinders and profile stop can be milimetrically adjusted;
•Dual foot pedal for crimping action and pneumatic clamps;
•Machine surface is equipped with Polyamid sheet to avoid scrarching of profile surfaces.
